park your RV right here in our resort. Our RV guests enjoy all of the facilities that our
resort has to offer including our rental boats, swim/fish deck, our store with basic RV
supplies, and boat dock.
WE ARE THE ONLY RV PARK WITH DIRECT LAKE ACCESS –
NO other full hook-up RV park on Norfork Lake offers
resort type amenities, dock access, boat rentals, and proximity to the shoreline like Hand
Cove Resort and RV Park. You can walk about 100 yards to our dock or drive two blocks to
our dock parking lot. It’s your choice.
DURING THE DAY, sun and swim from our dock swim deck, picnic under our covered
dock pavilion, use a rental boat to enjoy the Lake Norfork waters and Sand Island, fish
from our dock or shoreline, or launch your own boat and moor it in our dock for convenient
use.
AFTER A DAY ON THE LAKE, enjoy our park for your barbecue
picnic, social gatherings around the campfire pit, nature walks, or retire to your 'lake
home' site for peaceful lounging, star gazing, or surf the internet via our
wireless network. And if you wish, head back to our dock for an evening of fishing and
relaxing.
YOUR SITE INCLUDES water, sewer,
and 30 amp electric hook-ups, wireless internet access, a picnic table, and access to all
of our resort amenities.
Each of our 20 graveled and leveled sites are equipped with 30 amp
electric hook-ups, water and sewer connections and wireless internet access. Some of our
sites now have "rear wheel" concrete pads to make leveling a snap. All of our
sites overlook our central park like area, the lake, or our cove. Most are shaded by tall
hardwood trees.
Our sites are best suited for pull behind and fifth wheel campers 36 feet in length or
less. Your camper must have its own bath facilities. We can also accommodate small motor
homes. All of our sites are "back-in" type. We offer both short and long term
site rentals.

- Rates may be higher for single
night, weekend only, and holiday reservations.
- Memorial and Labor Day reservations
must include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Forth of July reservations must be for a full
week.
- Guests having day visitors will be
charged $5 per person per day for the use of our facilities, and must register with our
office at time of arrival. Advance registration is appreciated.
- Please let us know if you will
arrive after sunset.

Reservations are accepted by mail, phone, or e-mail. Your mail
reservation should be accompanied by your deposit check, credit card, or money order with
the balance due upon your arrival. Your phone or e-mail reservation will be held for 10
days pending receipt of your deposit check or money order with the balance due upon your
arrival. Your reservation will be confirmed by mail upon receipt of your deposit.
Please plan on being billed for your entire reservation regardless of your actual
arrival or departure date. Sorry, but we will not be able to credit you for a late arrival
or an early departure.
Reservation Availability Requests - The best way to find out if we
have openings on the dates you need is to phone us at 870-488-5367. This way we can also
answer your questions about accommodations, pets, boat rentals, directions, etc. If

Deposits & Refunds
The deposit for a RV site reservation of 4 nights or
less is payment in full. The deposit for a reservation of 5 nights or more is $100.00 per
site. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be eligible
for refund, less a $25 processing fee, if your cancellation is received at least 30 days
prior to your planned arrival date and your reserved RV site is re-rented. Deposits for
boat and equipment rentals are not refundable.
Seasonal RV Sites
TURN YOUR CAMPER INTO A LAKE HOME! Tired of dragging your RV to the
campground, setting it up just to tear it down and drag it home again? Reserve one of our
seasonal sites. Our seasonal sites offer year-round access to your camper, sewer, seasonal
water hook-ups, and wireless internet access. Your electric usage and dock fees are billed
to you monthly.
Our seasonal campers load some grub in their vehicles, throw their gear in their
already set up rigs, and head for the lake. No muss, no fuss. We even mow the lawn for
your lake home. Just imagine a lake home without all of the maintenance headaches. Sounds
great doesn’t it?
With on site management, you can sleep well knowing your camper is safe and sound. A
Hand Cove staff member is looking at your equipment most every day.
